Add the ability to post an idea with a tag ot O11 or ODC or both with a way to filter with the same as in forums.

Oh yes, this is just crazy, the ODC platform is now a few years generally available, there is a tag "OutSystems Developer Cloud" we are not allowed to use. It's a mess, and I have asked OutSystems already many many times, to fix this... I GAVE UP.
Right now I keep track of all ODC ideas posted where people choose another tag, to one day, if ever.... OutSystems decides to allow os to tag ideas for ODC, I can update all ideas.
