A ranking system for the Mentor Program where mentors earn points based on sessions they conduct. As their points increase, their ranking improves, helping us easily identify and connect with the most active mentors.

Your suggestion makes total sense, and we want to reward all the good work that Mentors are doing in supporting their fellow Community Members.

The good news is that we’re already working on assigning points to new areas of contribution, like the Mentorship program, and your feedback reinforces that we’re moving in the right direction.

Thank you so much for the update! I’m really glad to hear that this is already in progress. Recognizing mentors for their contributions will definitely motivate more people to participate and support the community.

I had never participated in any Mentor Program, either as a mentor or mentee. However, it is surprising that mentor are not rewarded for their participation in the community.

I do agree with you @Dinesh Murugan , thanks for sharing the idea.
