Add "distinction is Case Insensitive on text fields" to Deiscription of the ListDistinct action

A behavioural check of the system server action ListDistinct indicates that the distinction is cas insensitive. I testeed this with 2 same values but different typing (i.e. "New" and "neW").

I love this behaviour. It would be helpful if it is mentioned in the action description.
