Enhance Mentor Profiles: Hyperlink Mentor Title to ADPList Profiles

Currently, the "OutSystems Mentor" title on member profile pages is static text. To better bridge our community with the global mentoring ecosystem, I propose making this title a clickable link. If a member is a verified mentor, clicking their title should redirect users directly to their ADPList mentor page. This streamlines the process for mentees to book sessions and view the mentor's full coaching credentials without manual searching.

I like the idea of making it easier for mentees to connect with mentors, but I’m not fully convinced that linking the “Mentor” title itself is the best place for this, for a few reasons.

  • Other titles such as MVP, Champion, Speaker, or Staff are also displayed as labels and would not have a meaningful link target. Making the “Mentor” label clickable while the others remain non-interactive would introduce an inconsistency in the user experience.
  • The ADPList profile is already available on the member profile page via the round black icon below the profile picture, alongside LinkedIn. This provides a clear and established pattern for linking to external profiles.
  • In the community members list, titles are shown next to the member’s name, and the entire list item links to the community profile. If a single label redirected to an external site, this could be unexpected and confusing for users.

I fully support increasing the visibility and accessibility of mentors, for example by adding a dedicated button next to the Contact button in the top right. For title labels, however, I would prefer keeping their behavior consistent and avoiding a mix of different UI concepts.

Agree with Sebastian the ADPList profile link is available specifically for that purpose.

I get the idea. My intention was to have less clicks..
