The role is high in demand but there's not a standard bar to it. Like a path way to keep one updated her/himself to reduce the gap a client wants and mapping it to development to deliver accurately. There's should also be a guided path to follow the right path towards gaining the right skill set, such as the certificate can cover most aspects of industrial demand. For example: 

• It should have Sales Criteria such as knowing the all capabilities of Platform for both O11 and ODC.
• AI Agentic Specialist knowledge.
• Architectural knowledge (O11, ODC)
• Integration knowledge across different databases & platforms such as Salesforce etc.
• Communication and consulting (executive updates, feedback to product, documenting decisions) 
• Customer discovery and problem framing (requirements, stakeholder handling, scoping a POC)
• A scenario-based capstone 

With such it will overall increase the quality of delivery with accuracy and reduce the gap.
