Keep Expression Editor scrolled to the top when opening

Expression Editor in version 9 often opens up scrolled all the way down to the bottom. That means that when you open a multi-line expression, you only see the last line and need to scroll up to see the remainder of it.

That's just a bug. I filed it, and it's been sent to the UI team. So hopefully it'll be fixed in 9 Amsterdam.

I have had word from OutSystems that this is one of the things that has high priority on their list, so it should be (though depending on how much higher priority stuff there is, of course).
