View support issues

Get the possibility t view a list of the issues I send to support available on the network.
Give the possibility to my fellow co-workers to see them as well ( for instance on the outpartner tab ) Add the status to the issues like In progress / solved / R&D

That's a great idea! Many times we lose track on the support issues and other times we get replies from issues we submited which we don't even remember what they were about in the first place.
Perhaps an idea to add in an "issue tracker" within Integration Manager and Service Studio showing a "blinking bug" on the taskbar (clicking it would open a buglist for the running version).
You could give developers an option to "check / rate" the bugs if they have allready occurred with them.

Two advantages:
  • This would give feedback on issues that you might user for priority handling.
  • This would also give your support a "rest" because known issues won't be submitted by again and again by developers.

On this subject, I would also like to be able to raise, update and close my issues online so as to save having to call/email support each time. I'd also like to be able to view issues raised by others in my company.

Yes, a longtime favourite of mine. after all, we are an agile community.

It's all about transparency.

It would also be great when key-users (read the developers who are using service studio etc)  could have a say of what they think are criticals that has to be solved asap.

I would love this idea to be implemented soon. It would make life easier for us and for the support team at OutSystems.
