My colleagues and I thought there was somehting weird going on with the user count in service center on one of our test environments. The counter showed 19 active users but when we looked at the user manager there were only 9 active and registered users.
After doing some digging we realized that we had been testing out the tenant functionality and had a combined total of 10 users under the test tenants. But the problem is that we had to open the tenant manager and open each tenant to see the users registered under them.
My Ideas is very simple. The User manager shows all users, regardless of the tenant and then you just add a column to the user table that shows which tentant it belongs to
