now, when you add an child-table to a detail-screen of a parent-entity, you get a nice scaffolding action to be able to add records, delete records with checkboxes and a nice popup-screen.
This is great when you have complex-childs.
however, I hate popups :), but that's an pure opinion.
BUT, sometimes it is know that you are NOT creating a zillion childs, but only a few. without many attributes as well.
it's most probably a connection-table.
Then, imho, it would be great to scaffold a editable-table instead of the oldschool one.
