[Service Center] Ability to define alert rules in Service Center

There could be an option to define alerts in Service Center, to send email warnings when some error messages are found.

I would agree with the above.  We currently need to monitor ServiceCenter manually.  As these errors are essentially metadata in the OS environment, could we create an App that monitors for errors and emails accordingly in the interim?  If so, how would we access the OS metadata?
From another thread in the Forum I just learned that most if not all metadata is in the System reference.  Just click Add Reference Entities and look in System to see if you can find what you need.  There's a bunch of entities that start with 'Log_' so I would start there.
