add a forum area for people to post projects they want to get quotes for to create in outsystems.
This sort of exists already at https://www.outsystemsjobs.com/ - it doesn't really make sense to clutter the forum when another alternative exists.

Unfortunately that site doesn't really work, I hardly can read it... imho it's clumsy and clunky.
Now there is one official job board https://www.outsystems.com/community/Jobs.aspx but don't know if it really reaches developers.
