Make "Resource.URL" runtime property available for web apps.

On our radar

Resources in P10 mobile apps have a property called "URL", which gives direct access to that resource's URL. That's extremely useful, and should also be available for web apps.

Are you using the resources folder to store javascript dependencies? Do you need to add a script tag to include those dependencies? Then you will need to hardcode the name of the resource in an URL somehow.

Wouldn't it be better to just use Resources.{resource-name}.RuntimePath?

Advantages are: you would know that a given resource is being used (find usages aware), if you change the name of a resource, or change its target directory, the application would still work (true change aware), and there will be one less hardcoded URL on your code!
