Would be nice to have a captcha or double factor login, as in the case of forum, there are a crescent number of fake profiles creating garbage and answers with links to sites that are not related to OutSystems development.

You can implement this forge component into your login flow : https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component/970/new-recaptcha/

Hello Niels,

I was thinking of the OutSystems Website/Forum login. :)
I noticed an increase on what seems "fake profiles" that are here more to make marketing with links for other sites and so on. Most of them are "automated profiles".

It's an increase problem on any "social network", from wordpress, to forums, to etc.

Hi, great idea, but I think these ideas are more for improvements of the platform itself (and servicetsudio in particular)

I thought that.
Anyway, hope OutSystems do something like this, to prevent problems in the near future :)

Hi Jauch. Since your proposal is to add a captcha to the Forums (not to every application generated by OutSystems), I'm changing the title to be more explicit.

We do have a captcha when signing up.

Hello Leonardo,

The captcha on Signing up seems to be not enough.

I have seem, recently, many posts that are completely spam, probably made with spam bots, like this and this. You can find those same posts in many different forums, with the same words, for the past 3 years, at least.
And some more problematic that the community moderators probably already deleted.

The more the community grows, worse will be this problem.

We definetly need some login mechanismo that are able to block spam bots. :)

Cheers,
Eduardo Jauch

I fully agree with you Eduardo. I start to be annoying all that spam!!!

Hi Eduardo,

we actually have Captcha on forum login. The spammers are humans.

We reduced a lot the spam posts since we implemented a set of validations.

We are controlling all the new users and new posters in the community. So we are not planning on delivering this in the near future.

Nonetheless, thank you very much for your idea, and keep it coming.

Thanks!

Ana
