Browser width in read-only session variable

With the responsive themes and mobile themes having more and more demand, I think it would be a good idea if Outsystems could implement a native functionality to enable us to know the client browser width at any given moment on the server side.

I propose that the platform could have a read-only session variable, like the UserId and Username, called "ClientWidth" that would be updated on every submit (not ajax). This would allow us to query and use that width in our preparations and screen actions.

I am not sure why I want the width/height. I would much prefer to work with the device type (phone, tablet, or desktop) which is already exposed as actions in SilkUI.

This is something what you can implement yourself (adopt cordova plugin: https://www.npmjs.com/package/cordova-plugin-screensize ).

Don't see the advantage of having it in a session variable. Would be needed for specific purposes and as described above it would be a 'always there' feature.
