Thank you for your comment. 

I agree that the scenario you mentioned would not be ideal at all - perhaps you should be able to report such abuse (idea) by a component author and some action could be taken against offenders.

I do however believe that as a component author publishing to a public, open-source forum, one should have the maturity to accept criticism. A negative review is but an opportunity to engage with your audience and address any shortcomings your component could have. Yes, there is the forum discussion, but a reviewer will not necessarily post there.

Having this information available would allow a proactive approach to enhancing the component by allowing you to engage with your audience on a personal level.

Hi Hanno,

just seeing "who rated/reviewed my component" probably wouldn't give you much information on how to improve your component, unless there was some sort of follow up action to contact each user and ask their feedback. 

So I wonder - your goal is to have feedback, in a sentence review format, from your component users, while they review the component?

p.s. - I also the implications mentioned by Justin.
