Export "Case Support" logs from service studio

On our radar

Every time a customer support ticket is entered, the first triage step that is requested is :

"we kindly ask you for the following information:

  • Error, General and Timer logs exported to excel with no filter applied."


It would be great if there was a button to export this data in a single step. 

Even better would be to send this information directly from the server indicating the support case it should be attached to.

Thank you so much for your idea. I’m marking this as “on our radar” since we think this is a good idea.

This isn’t currently on our roadmap but we’ll keep an eye here if this idea continues to grow and get comments from all of you.
