There is a 'Change email settings' link, hidden in the bottom of the Dashboard page. But it only allows you to specify whether you want to be notified about new ideas or not.

And I don't think it's working, because I am subscribed to that option but I'm not getting an email when there are new ideas.

What exactly do you mean? Doesn't the current e-mail already help you do that?

Simply have the option to get or not get  informed by mail if there's an Addition / Comment / Digg to an item which I posted or item I want to follow

Allow opt-out of each individual e-mail from the Network.

You can now Opt out of e-mails from the WoC, directly through the email.
