One-Click Publish should verify all dependencies before making any changes to the platform.

I have frequently tried installing eSpaces from the 'Download' section and had existing eSpaces made inoperaple due to missing references.  One-Click Publish should review all dependencies, such as References, to verify that the Publish will suceed.
