Move scrollbar to the bottom of the page when publishing in Service Center

It would be useful to automatically move the scrollbar to the bottom of the page when publishing a solution in Service Center and the steps exceed the page size.

In version 7.0, the set of deployment messages are simplified in the staging screen, so you can get an overview of how the staging is rolling. If there is anything that you should take into consideration, clicking the overall message automatically scrolls to the warning position.
