Moderators should have the ability to Lock / Unlock a Topic.

This would help preventing the following problems:

- Hot (in the bad way) topics
- Topics that started to diverge from the Original question.
- Topics that become "chat rooms"
- People that are trying to unleash the Zumbi Apocalypse (I see dead posts...)

When you say lock/ unlock posts, you mean a close post feature? Like, you close it and nobody can reply it anymore, right?
