Platform maintenance mail - add agenda item

Hi,


Related to cloud environments.

When upgrades/maintenance is planned on a cloud environment, we get an email stating the upgrade time and impacted environments. 

It would be very usefull if the mail would also have a meeting invite attached so that we can easily add the timeframe to our agenda.

Default title: Platform maintenance - [list of environments]

This would also avoid us having to calculate UTC time to CET e.g.


Example:

Dear Customer, 


You are receiving this notification because you are included in the contact list of the following OutSystems Infrastructure:

Company Name: xxxx

Activation Code:  xxxx


As part of our continued efforts to improve our service, we planned a maintenance task in your OutSystems Platform Cloud. For more information on the maintenance that will be performed, please refer to our 
Knowledge Base article.


This maintenance task is scheduled for Wednesday, November 21 2018 between 1:00 and 2:00 (UTC).

During this period you may experience downtime up to 30 minutes in the following environment(s) of your OutSystems Platform Cloud:

   - LifeTime
   - Testing
   - Development


Please note, you will not experience downtime on the affected environments which have more than one frontend server.

To prevent any applicational errors, we urge you to avoid deploying your applications in the affected environments during the maintenance period.

In case you wish to change the maintenance window for future operations you will need to follow the steps described in the following Knowledge Base article:
Define a Maintenance Window for my Cloud Environment.

No action is required from you at this point. If this schedule interferes with any specific need you may have, please contact us by replying to this email.
