In simple words, having list of tasks in one person queue, when he goes on leave he can delegates tasks from his queue to someone else.

That's very much an application feature/function, it sounds like. Even if this is specifically about BPT, you should have a re-assign in your application's UI, not the taskbox, because your logic needs to know what to do on a re-assignment (like not giving that user more tasks).
