In the error details in service center, the user identifier is shown but not the actual name of the user. This is very annoying as I need to look into the ossys_user table to find out who got the error.

Just fetching the username and showing it on screen would make troubleshooting so much easier.

Just to let you know that your idea has been implemented in the product for a while now. It is our bad that we did not update your idea in a timely manner when we did the actual release that included this change.
