"DateTime_PrettyFormat" should NOT be used by default

Frontend
On our radar

I almost never want to use "DateTime_PrettyFormat", it's a big hassle to have to keep noticing it and deleting it. It should not be used by default on every date/time attribute that gets dragged onto a form.

Ha, I so agree, especially since for a lot of languages it just outputs plain wrong text (don't know about the current state of Dutch, for example, but it was botched for years).

Hi Justin,

Yup, DateTime_PrettyFormat is not very pretty. In mobile (and in the new web apps we'll be releasing soon) we are not using it anymore, but I'll change this to "On Our Radar", so we can keep an eye on further feedback regarding this.

Thanks,
Tiago Simões
