Audit log for changes / addition to Service Center Administration :

  1. Changes/Updates to Environment configuration should be audited 
  2. Changes/Updates to Database connection (Add/Delete - By Whom)
  3. Changes/Updates to certificates
  4. Changes/Updates to email configurations


Logging the actions are critical as it will affect applications running the in the environment if changes applied and not able to trace who have made the changes.
