Stop making "Entry1" with the first Screen in a Flow

I *almost never* need an Entry for a flow. As it is, Entries are *almost* useless, but the "Entry1" thing is just one more thing to delete.

Hi Justin,

You are completely right. 

We are currently working on the next generation of web apps and, as in mobile, we'll probably drop the need for entries altogether.

Hi Justin,

Thanks for your idea, we couldn't agree more.

That one (along with others), have inspired us to deliver reactive web applications. As such I'll mark this idea as implemented, so we can better focus on other ones out there.
