Roles need a "Label" field

Right now roles have a "Name" which cannot have spaces in it, and they have a "description" for longer descriptions like "Admins have the ability to...". What they are missing is a proper "Label" field that lets you put freeform text in.

So if I have a role called "SuperAdmin" I would like to give it a label of "Super Admin" so I can display it nicely on the screen.

That's not a proper Idea description Justin. That would be "Add "Label" field to Roles". Now you just stated what you think is needed ;).

Nice Idea, that would avoid some hardcode text to show proper info in the screen.

Basic need.

Roles have no way to translate, as exceptions can't be referenceable cause a lot of issues.

Hi Justin and everyone that contributed to the idea,

Although, in particular, use cases are useful to have a friendlier name to describe the role so that can be displayed nicely in any application for any user regardless of technical or a business user. However, at this stage, we have other priorities that have a higher impact than this particular improvement.

As a workaround, I suggest managing these labels in an auxiliary key-value pair entity, which can even have localized data.
