Possibility to flag applications that should only be in development environment

Hello.


I would like to have the possibility to flag my applications as "dev only" in order to easily build my deployment plans in lifetime.


Sometimes, when making a deployment from DEV to the next environment, the list of available applications to add to the deployment plan can grow significantly big, even when selecting the option to only see applications with differences.

If I had the possibility to flag some applications as "dev only", when building a deployment plan I could then filter to see only the applications that are not "dev only", as well as the only the ones that have differences, making it easier to navigate the application list.

You can add a preffix for that (like a tag) on the name or description of the application

Thanks for the suggestion; we already use the tags. However, there are some applications that we don't want to change their name. They can be work in progress or forge components of work in progress applications.

Agreed! Independent Modules should be one of these applications that by default are locked on  Dev environment as it can create some nightmare in dependencies/deploy plans if people forget to move modules from there!

Seems like this has been implemented somewhere before 2026? In LifeTime you can now lock environments for applications, so they cannot be deployed to that env.
