Improve the Calendar widget

The current calendar widget is not bad, but selecting the time is a real problem. It needs to be replaced with something better for DateTime values.

And maybe create a widget that allows the entry of only the time without having to select a date. I don't think the current calendar widget supports this.

Would also like to be able to exclude certain dates to be not selectable (for example future dates, or weekends)

Input Popup Calendar It would be very helpful to also have MinDay and MaxDay to limit user choices, that works also with the Flat Style.
