Provide Interface for Cloud Customers to Customize Platform Unhandled Error Screens

Currently, there are IIS-type platform errors such as 404 pages, or the screen that appears when an application is disabled:

But cloud customers can not perform these steps. There ought to be an interface, perhaps in an environment's Service Center (or perhaps LifeTime) available to cloud customers for each of the screens outlined in that article with an upload widget to upload the same custom .aspx or .html files that on-premise customers are able to place in their installations' C:\Program Files\OutSystems\Platform Server directory.
