Change EPA_TaskBox User Providers

As we know EPA_TaskBox can only be bound to a single user provider in a factory. In this case the Users.

What means that when using a custom user provider we cannot use it.

The idea is to change the User Provider of this module via Service Center.

So we can use it with other user provider that are not Users.

Better still will be to make it user provider independent. No Real reason for it to be linked to a specific user provider and having to set it to a particular user provider means that you can only ever use one user provider for the entire environment.

I am pretty sure that EPA_Taskbox is pretty much dead? It's not in Reactive to the best of my knowledge.
