OutSystems has announced the keynote speaker list for NextStep Utrecht, for NextStep 2017 Benelux, the second of three events in the company’s annual global conference series showcasing the best in digital transformation and low-code technology. The NextStep Benelux conference is being held Oct. 10 in Utrecht, The Netherlands, at the NBC Congrescentrum Nieuwegein. The speaker list includes three experts in digital disruption and application development: John Straw, senior advisor to McKinsey & Co.; Diego Lo Giudice, vice president and principal analyst at Forrester; and Paulo Rosado, CEO and founder of OutSystems.

Straw is a leading authority on emerging technologies and author of the guide book to disruption: iDisrupted. Straw advises IBM Watson IoT and McKinsey & Co and was previously Chairman of Thomas Cook’s Digital Advisory Board. He is actively involved in transforming enterprise-level technology strategies as well as creating new entrants and services. He will speak on opportunities and lessons in digital disruption and transformation.

His published works include research reports on open source, software reuse, semantic Web and object technology, and a book about AI, “Practical Experience in Building Expert Systems.” Lo Giudice will speak about the digital transformation and the evolution of the low-code market.

OutSystems leader Rosado, a pioneer in the world of low-code development, will present a framework for the digital transformation journey, rooted in real-world customer experiences.

After our tremendous turnout at NextStep Lisbon, we are looking forward to another outstanding conference in Benelux,” Rosado said. “NextStep has earned its reputation as the premier information-sharing event in the low-code sector, offering IT leaders unparalleled access to keynotes and educational sessions about ways to rapidly create amazing enterprise-grade mobile applications.
