Creating Real-Time Communications With Twilio and OutSystems

Last year was fraught with challenges as we needed to maintain the same level of customer service while dealing with various obstacles brought on by the pandemic. As a result, it became imperative that we design models that allowed us to integrate messaging systems, video, and call mechanisms in order to conduct meetings and appointments online. When researching communication platforms, we decided the best course of action was to develop a solution that integrated OutSystems with cloud communications platform Twilio. In this session, we discuss this platform integration and how we were able to respond quickly to the challenges set before us.
