An intellectual leader, Joaquim Sérvulo Rodrigues can manage the big picture while understanding key aspects in detail. He has been the primary architect of the Armilar Venture Partners' projects, and the person that the team turns to for advice.

Joaquim has a BSc and an MSc in Electrotechnical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and an MBA from INSEAD. He has over 16 years of CEO and General Manager experience, and is a Board member of several companies. Joaquim started his career as an Assistant Professor in IST and simultaneously as a Researcher at INESC. He speaks English, French and Spanish. Joaquim founded Armilar in 2000.
