He has focused on technology sales, sales management, and business leadership both domestically and internationally for more than 35 years in companies such as IBM, BMC Software and Splunk Inc. Tom considers himself a hands-on field manager with an emphasis on ethics, profitability, innovation and driving results. He uses effective sales processes and negotiation techniques for maximum value on all sides. Tom believes that what is right for the customer and the shareholders leads to the best decisions. Tom graduated from Ohio State University and holds an MBA from the University of Dayton.
