Bart Fanelli joined OutSystems to lead the global sales organization as Chief Revenue Officer.
Most recently Bart has spent his time co-authoring "The Success Cadence: Unleash Your Organization’s Rapid Growth Culture" and as an executive advisor, specializing in organizational design, global operational efficiency, sales execution, and coaching methodologies. Bart has deep experience in building, leading, and scaling technology teams. The hyper-growth of one of the teams he led at Splunk was the subject of a 2017 article in the Harvard Business Review.
At Splunk, he was employee 320 and part of growing the field organization and company from $60 million to more of $1.5 billion in annual revenue, organically over seven years. His roles included Field and Partner Enablement, Field Operations, Global Renewals and Global Field Success where his operational mindset designed and built a Sales Best Practices, Value Consulting, and Market Specialist function from the ground up, becoming the backbone of the Splunk sales execution engine.
Bart is responsible for leading Global Sales, Strategy & Acceleration at OutSystems with a focus on rapid growth through sales execution and cross organization operational efficiency.
