As Chief Customer Officer, Carlos obsesses over making customers wildly successful throughout their journey with OutSystems. His team has ultimate responsibility for driving adoption and value and delivering high-touch expert services and support.
His journey with OutSystems started very early and has evolved in a number of different roles, always driving insight and leadership on all-things Customer and Culture. Prior to joining OutSystems, Carlos held different positions in R&D, IT, and computer science research. Carlos Alves holds a degree in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, Portugal.
