MyIRU is a digital platform developed for the Instituto da Habitação e Reabilitação Urbana (IHRU) to manage the interaction with beneficiaries of Portugal’s Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR). It enables the end-to-end management of funding applications, public procurement processes, project execution, and expenditure reporting. The system integrates a front office, where municipalities and beneficiaries submit contracts, expenses, and evidence of project execution, and a back office, where IHRU validates and monitors all activities. MyIHRU includes automated interoperability with Recuperar Portugal, IMPIC and ARTE for real-time reporting and procurement tracking, as well as AI-powered tools for the analysis of public contracts and evidence validation. This technological solution supports the delivery of the PRR housing objectives — targeting over 26,000 housing units — by streamlining processes, ensuring transparency, and enhancing data-driven oversight.

System where implementing bodies enter their project data, create, submit and manage all PRR execution reports, and analyze the investment execution status.

Double funding Instrument (finDup) allows to prevent, detect and report situations of irregularities, ensuring the prevention and mitigation of the risk of double funding. finDup is available on Recuperar Portugal Information System and all the implementing bodies have access to it.

Development of version 1.5 of the Enrollment Portal, with improvements in Design, Customer Experience, and optimization of the architecture and code. This version supported the enrollment process for the 2025/2026 school year, made available to the general public from April to July and, since April, to the entire education system and central services.
