  The integration of Artificial Intelligence into FinDup represents a significant functional enhancement designed to support users in the assessment of applications and projects, as well as in the identification of potential overlaps with existing projects. To achieve this, a connection was established with an AI-powered API that performs semantic and lexical analysis of project summaries and descriptions, automatically calculating their similarity level. The results of this analysis are displayed through a visual indicator classified as low, medium, or high (green, amber, or red), enabling users to quickly identify cases that may require closer review. In cases where a medium or high similarity level is detected, a list of the corresponding projects is also made available. This indicator serves as a decision-support tool and does not replace the risk assessment process, which remains the responsibility of the user and should be based on a broader evaluation of all applicable criteria.

  The integration between the SMART Portal and Queue Management (GA) aims to provide, through services, the attendance functionalities previously executed directly within the Attendance Management application. With the introduction of the SMART Portal, this application becomes the interface used by healthcare professionals to execute operations associated with patient care, integrating additional functionalities beyond attendance management. The Attendance Management application, however, retains responsibility for managing the back-office attendance process. To support this new operating model, APIs were made available in the Queue Management system, allowing the SMART Portal to execute operations related to entering service points and managing the lifecycle of queue tickets, specifically changing their status during the service.

  The integration between Queue Management (GA) and SMART Flow was developed to support ticket management within the context of healthcare facilities. SMART Flow is the application responsible for the operational configuration of the facility, including physical locations, administrative, technical, and clinical workstations, ticket request kiosks, and waiting room monitors. GA uses this integration to request the creation of tickets from SMART Flow and, subsequently, to call those tickets throughout the service process. In this way, SMART Flow ensures that tickets are displayed on the monitors, while GA is used by service professionals to manage the workflow in a centralized and consistent manner. This integration is also maintained and adjusted whenever new facilities of the Luz Saúde group are opened.
