  In Oceaneering, creation of New Position, Recruiting and Job Offers are managed in the PeopleDoc and i-Recruit (PeopleSoft) applications where as the On Boarding process was managed offline manually. The new ‘Horizon’ application provides a platform to automate the on boarding process. Objective was to build a secure intuitive application that provides a unified experience for HR, Hiring Manager and New Hires which guide through all the steps of pre-employment and onboarding process and are available on any device. The QA team automated the regression test cases of Horizon application that was developed in Outsystems.
