Revenue Processing (IP Support)
The implemented solution is designed to modernise and consolidate the processing of transactions eligible for IP Report. The solution covers multiple payment and traffic sources, calculation by toll road section, the application of exemptions and special rules, monthly closing, and the formalisation and communication of results. The solution provides a centralised and auditable foundation for calculating IP Support, enhancing the reliability of the results and reducing the risk of duplication, inconsistencies, and unauthorised changes to previously closed periods. Reconciliation between source data, the calculation process, and the final results, combined with quality control, performance, recovery, and monitoring mechanisms, contributes to greater operational efficiency.
