The customer Intended to implement integrated Mobile Applications to further its vision, enhance user experience and facilitate e-Services accessibility. The mobile application was built with OutSystems to help employees access the Services from anywhere at any time through any device. The mobile application is integrated with Oracle Ebiz solution and other LoB applications. The application is used by all the employees in the organization and able to request / approve the services from mobile devices.
