The Marketplace application will allow Advisors to manage and view all aspects of customer orders, including Products, Subscriptions, and Insurance. The system should provide comprehensive visibility and control over order details, supplier information, delivery status, and associated financials.

Annuities are investment contracts where the client deposits their money for a guaranteed return and tax benefits. There are several different types of annuity contracts being reinsured and each operates a little differently, servers different market needs, etc. The reinsurance agreements for these differ slightly from each other, and there are multiple reinsurers involved, creating some duplication of the processes.A automated and centralized application/solution, that will help with scaling up the process, replace manual steps, optimized for the business needs and cover the risk of issues the current solution might have now OR once the business expansion happens.

User access management

Partner Agent Management App (PAM) is an application that will help HUP users to search and update Producers' information & commissions. (also add new Producers, validate relationships, update commissions???). The scope is to replace some parts of the legacy unsupported underwriting platforms such as WinRisk and TPP. The systems that holds Producers' information is DSP, and details from the Application form (e.g. Application for Individual Life) are available in 103 (see Solution Integration diagram) What is HUP? HUP is Haven's underwriting platform. HUP 1.0 only underwrote Haven policies (Coverpath policies) and HUP 2.0 is meant to underwrite all policies that come from EZ app (also known as iGO). EZ app is where the Advisor will add the Application Form details. Access to PAM application in OutSystems has to be done through HUP and be as seamless as possible (for example, if the user is searching from a policy in HUP, when accessing PAM that search persists and info displays
