What we delivered: - Re-architected the mobile app and completely rewrote the sync process for speed and reliability. - Made the app 10X faster, so vendors can log work quickly without waiting on sync. - Resolved the errors and sync failures that had been driving user complaints. - Refreshed the app's branding in the same release for a cleaner, modern experience. Outcome: a fast, dependable mobile app that vendors can rely on day to day. Sync is no longer a bottleneck, the recurring issues are gone, and the refreshed look turns a frustrating tool into one that genuinely supports field users' work.

It provides end-to-end digital support for attendance tracking, vehicle monitoring, approvals, and operational workflows. The enterprise app streamlines daily operations for drivers, helpers, and supervisors. Attendance can be marked digitally and approved by supervisors. Vehicle ingress, egress, and charging are tracked to keep fleets ready, with live visibility of active vehicles. Users can view clients, hubs, and shifts, while supervisors manage driver allocations, approve attendance, and check demands. The system also provides payout details, COD reconciliation, and driver client switch requests. Supervisors can raise repair or accident tickets, ensuring timely action and operational efficiency.

  OutSystems Factory AO optimization initiative where we performed an end-to-end review and analysis of the entire application portfolio. The objective was to reduce Application Objects (AOs), simplify the architecture, and free up capacity for future growth. Through a structured optimization process, our team delivered significant impact by: 1. Creating reusable web blocks and replacing duplicate screens with them to enforce consistency and reduce redundancy. 2. Identifying and removing unused modules to streamline the factory footprint. 3. Optimizing forge components by upgrading and eliminating redundant ones to ensure better maintainability. 4. Cleaning up web screens, integrations, and entities that were either unused or unnecessarily duplicated. 5. Consolidating common functionalities into reusable assets, improving maintainability and scalability. As a result, we successfully reduced over 1200 AO's, giving the customer a leaner and more efficient environment.
