  The project was delivered for CDA as part of the Service360 initiative under DET’s S360 Foundation, supporting the wider objective of providing streamlined and integrated digital government services to investors across Dubai. The solution enabled investors to digitally manage the complete lifecycle of CDA permits through Service360, covering the issuance of Initial and Final Permits, as well as subsequent Amendment, Renewal, and Cancellation services. The implementation focused on providing a seamless investor experience through the Service360 platform, while integrating the required business processes and backend services to support CDA’s permit processing and approval requirements. This contributed to the broader Service360 vision of providing Dubai investors with a unified digital journey for accessing government services, reducing the need to interact separately with individual government entities.

  Prime Technology Systems’ engagement in the Unified Back Office Solution project aims to enhance the Service 360 (S360) platform by streamlining service applications for businesses and investors in Dubai. The solution unifies and standardizes the submission, review, and permit issuance processes while enabling real-time visibility, efficient tracking, and resource optimization. Built on the OutSystems platform, the system ensures seamless integration with DET’s infrastructure and compliance with data security and reporting standards. Project success is driven by effective collaboration with DET and stakeholders, rigorous testing, and a focus on user adoption and satisfaction to deliver a consistent, efficient, and secure digital experience.

  Our engagement in the DET 360 project focused on developing and implementing dynamic request forms and submission workflows integrated with DET’s core services. The solution enables Dubai investors to access a seamless, one-stop digital platform for processing and requesting permits and NOCs linked to their trade license activities. Through system integrations with multiple government entities — including the Community Development Authority (CDA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), and Dubai SME — the platform streamlines service delivery, enhances operational efficiency, and supports DET’s vision of providing an integrated digital experience for investors in Dubai.
