The Role

As the Tech Lead, you will oversee the technical architecture and delivery across two distinct secure environments. Due to the sensitive nature of the infrastructure and the collaborative requirements of the project, the entire team is based onsite.

Requirements

• Proven Expertise: Extensive experience as a Tech Lead specializing in OutSystems 11
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Hands-on experience with On-Premise deployments and complex environment management.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of 5+ developers.
• Communication: Fluent English is essential to collaborate with the local team and stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a "problem-solver" mindset for high-security project standards.
