Unable to start Outsystems Scheduler Service after installation on AWS EC2
Outsystems Deployment Controller Service starts with no problem but OS Scheduler Service is unable to start. See below:
I already increased the timeout but still unsuccessful.
What could be the problem?
Issue resolved. The Installation Checklist ask that these services are running and I tried to start the services in step X. The configuration steps are after this step X.
After I ran thru the configuration, the Scheduler service can be started.

1. Have you tried checking the Windows Error Log for errors related to scheduler service?
2. Have you tried to reinstall and precisely follow the instructions? Virtually every time I've seen someone with an issue with their Platform Server after installation, I'm talking dozens of installations I've been involved in, the problems were always caused by a missed step or a missed detail somewhere.

A timeout was reached (73728 milliseconds) while waiting for the OutSystems Scheduler Service service to connect.
The OutSystems Scheduler Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
I followed the checklist when installing.
In that case, ask OutSystems Support. They should be able to guide you here.
