More options to the built-in icons for actions
Created on 04 Dec 2025
João Paulo

Service Studio should provide more built-in icons for actions. Upload icons is a pain process and allowing developer to upload any kind of images polutes the code readability. If Service Studio could provide some icon options this could standalize the code flow. I would suggest icons for Private actions like: If this could be done automatically, it would be great.

It will be helpful if the number of AOs an application and its espace consume is displayed as a badge icon over the application/espace.In Service Studio the total AOs could be displayed per espace when viewing the application's espaces as per this image:In Service Studio when viewing all Applications, indicate it as below:In LifeTime indicate it as below:Here it will give a quick way of determining the AO impact when a deployment is to be done to the next environment.

Categorize User Actions

I think it would be really nice to be able to have our user actions separated be categories, just like the built-in ones are. This would really help when you are creating big projects or when you're trying to consume from a project with which you are not completely familiar.

Layout Inspector for Reactive Web
Created on 22 May

Problem Debugging layout issues in Reactive Web apps can be time-consuming. Developers often need to inspect CSS, containers, flex behavior, spacing, width, and alignment directly in the browser, but Service Studio does not provide a clear visual way to understand why a layout is breaking. How this suggestion can help A built-in Layout Inspector would help developers quickly identify spacing, alignment, overflow, flex/grid behavior, and responsive issues without switching constantly between Service Studio and browser DevTools. Implementation example Add a right-click option on widgets: Inspect Layout It could show: Widget: Container_Main Display: Flex Direction: Row Gap: 16px Width: 100% Padding: 24px Overflow: Hidden Parent Container: Section_Content It could also highlight margins, padding, and parent-child relationships visually inside Service Studio.

Translate structure attribute default values
Created on 03 Dec 2025
Sam Rijkers

We have a scenario where we set the default value of a structure attribute which is displayed on the UI. These default values are not picked up by the translation editor. Idea: add structure default values to the translation editor.

Add timestamps to Service Studio
Created on 27 Apr 2010

Service studio's messages should have a timestamp. When we publish an eSpace and we make some changes and then save it, we can't know by the messages list if we already published it or not.

Display Submitted Forge Activities for ODC in OutSystems Profile
Created on 08 Oct 2025

Currently, only Forge components submitted in OutSystems 11 appear under the Activity section of a user’s profile. However, components submitted from ODC are not reflected there. It would be great to include ODC Forge submissions in the activity feed as well, ensuring consistent visibility of contributions across both platforms.

Hi everyone, It would be great if we could text search a css class in the CSS like we do on adobe reader. With this I believe a lot of time could be saved. cheers.
