Talent Complete is looking for a Solution Architect OutSystems.
Requirements (Must Have)
- Experience with OutSystems technology
- 11+ year of experience in developing large scale, global solutions and leveraging methodologies such Agile, Scrum and DevSecOps.
- 5+ years of experience required in a similar architectural position within the OutSystems technology stack, knowledge of OutSystems ODC is considered a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills, able to provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
- Demonstrated experience in analysis of alternatives and presenting to stakeholders for buy-in and consensus.
- Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and modern application security principles
- A drive and willingness to keep learning architecture, technologies and methodologies that are new in the market
- Have a keen eye on details. Your solution designs must be well balanced between workable, pragmatic and future proof
- Strong knowledge on data modelling in OutSystems, event-driven flows, asynchronous processing, and dependency management.
Tasks
- Technical leadership: Providing technical leadership to OutSystems teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation and Communication: Documenting and sharing knowledge on best practices for OutSystems in the new solutions.
- Proof-of-Concept and Validation. Developing PoC’s to validate your proposed solutions. Bring a new and alternative perspective when reviewing and validating designs from other team members.
- Follow and adhere to Architecture principles. Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture principles, integration patterns and security guidelines
