- This is a pivotal opportunity for a Technology Lead to drive the technical roadmap and governance for enterprise applications.
- Establish and manage a robust development framework and governance standards to ensure application integrity and scalability.
- Lead the architectural design process for locally developed systems, focusing on maintainability and flexibility.
- Drive engineering excellence by implementing automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted coding to boost productivity.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including technical documentation, sprint planning, and performance monitoring.
- Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams while managing technical debt and security compliance across all platforms.
Skills and Experience required
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Extensive experience in OutSystems solution design and building enterprise applications using Low-Code or No-Code platforms.
- Technical proficiency in microservices architecture and cloud-based services such as AWS.
- Hands-on expertise with DevOps tools, version control systems, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and manage third-party vendor relationships effectively.
