Key Accountabilities (What You'll Do)
- End-to-End Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
- Solution Architecture: Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and highly efficient solutions capable of operating smoothly within a complex program of work.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Act as the technical anchor for the team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to junior developers.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather, unpack, and analyse complex business requirements.
- Quality Assurance & Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and testing to ensure strict adherence to best practices, clean architecture, and coding standards.
- Performance Optimisation: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless application delivery.
- Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation while staying ahead of the latest OutSystems updates and industry trends to continuously elevate development processes.
